It encompasses the whole of PAHAL and includes without limitation.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\" type=\"disc\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Staff at all levels<\/strong>: &#8211; in office in field or else where.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>PAHAL associates<\/strong>: &#8211; these include board members volunteers, community volunteers, sponsors, consultants and contractors.
